Jonathan Core
Divisional Manager
Jonathan has 20 years’ experience in research and a background specialising in asphalt technology to include hot, warm and cold mix technology, road construction and maintenance. His experience includes work in India and South Africa.
Having joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2000, Jonathan is responsible for all business activities including technical, management, product control and quality.
Jonathan is also the main link to the international technical and research centre networks which enable worldwide technology of which he manages the delivery of many innovative solutions.

Having joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2000, Jonathan is responsible for all business activities including technical, management, product control and quality.

Jonathan is also the main link to the international technical and research centre networks which enable worldwide technology transfer of which he manages the delivery of many innovative solutions. in project finance and asset management including bidding and procurement.

Karim Hamza
Asset Modeller
Karim has 13 years’ experience in project finance and asset management including bidding and procurement.
Karim’s main role within Jean Lefebvre (UK) includes advising internally and externally on infrastructure capital and lifecycle investment strategies through decision models based on specific technical, contractual and economic criteria’s.

Karim holds an Executive MBA and is a member of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM).

 

James Stokes

Graduate Engineer

James graduated with a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey in July 2014 and joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in November, having previously gained eight months undergraduate experience in research and asphalt technology at Jean Lefebvre (UK). This included a dissertation focused on the development and use of warm-mix asphalt.

James works within the consultancy division, providing pavement and material design.

He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer and undertaking a PhD at the University of Nottingham.

Len Mills
Laboratory Supervisor
Len has 19 years’ experience in the asphalt & quarrying industry, with a background in technical roles covering asphalt production, quarrying, and site work.
Len joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2011 and during this time, he has been involved with hot, warm and cold mix technology.
He is responsible for the daily operations of our laboratories, including the new Technical Centre, based at Cheshunt.

Len Mills

Laboratory Supervisor

Len has 19 years’ experience in the asphalt & quarrying industry, with a background in technical roles covering asphalt production, quarrying, and site work.

Len joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2011 and during this time, he has been involved with hot, warm and cold mix technology.

He is responsible for the daily operations of our laboratories, including the new Technical Centre, based at Cheshunt.
